Room Rentals
The LBA offers room reservations to members at a discounted price and non-member attorneys and community organizations at our regular reservation price. 2026 Meeting Room Rental Fees:
Arbitration/Mediation Bundle: $400 for 1/2 day | $675 for full day
Includes Board Room, Library, Lower Level Conference Room & Lounge, and Small Conference Room.
Hours: Meeting rooms are available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with adjusted Friday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A half day rental is defined as 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any rental extending beyond 12:00 p.m. will be considered a full day. Please contact us for limited evening and weekend availability and pricing.
Food: Coffee and water are complimentary.
Set up: The LBA has guest Wi-Fi throughout the building available. Depending on the room requested, there are a variety of set up options to choose from for your meeting.
Parking: Metered street parking or garage parking is available within walking distance at the Duke Street or Prince Street parking garages.
