I agree to the commitment outlined below.
The LBA Bar Builders Mentorship Program is a nine-month commitment. By applying for this program, each mentor/mentee commits to at least one in-person meeting per month and the appropriate amount of communication necessary to plan those meetings. The LBA will hold a kick-off celebration in July 2025 and a check-in breakfast in October/November and all mentors and mentees are highly encouraged to attend these events. Should any concerns or problems arise during the mentorship program, all participants are encouraged to address them with the LBA Executive Director.
