Mediation/Arbitration Program
At the LBA, we offer multiple Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Programs that provide effective ways to resolve conflicts outside of the traditional courtroom setting. What makes ADR unique is that it requires the agreement of all parties involved before they can participate, ensuring voluntary participation and the acceptance of any decisions made during the process.
As alternatives to going to court, we provide arbitration and mediation services to help parties involved in a dispute reach a mutually agreeable solution. Both processes are generally less expensive than litigation and offer a more relaxed and informal environment.
- Arbitration: Through arbitration, a neutral third party will listen to both sides of the dispute and make a binding decision that all parties must abide by.
- Mediation: In mediation, a mediator facilitates discussions between the disputing parties, helping them find common ground and reach a voluntary agreement.
