Event Description
The Municipal Authorities Act’s provisions on water and sewer tapping fees are complex, messy, and recently the subject of multiple appellate decisions. This CLE will cover: the fundamentals of tapping fees in Pennsylvania; recent Commonwealth Court decisions impacting fee calculations; and emerging issues likely to shape future litigation. This session is appropriate for both new and experienced practitioners, including those representing municipal entities and landowners.
