Alex Puskar is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Business and Tax practice groups. His practice includes extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, including assisting clients with the establishment, use and operation of, and acquisitions involving employee stock ownership plans. He works with officers, directors and shareholders of closely held businesses on an array of organizational matters, such as entity formation, compliance, contract review, tax planning, and business succession planning. Derek Dissinger is chair of Barley Snyder’s Real Estate Practice and its Hospitality Industry Group. He is also a member of the Finance Practice. He represents creditors such as banks and credit unions in wide range of commercial loan transactions, including real estate loans, construction loans, asset-based credit facilities, participations and loan sales. Derek’s experience as a real estate attorney and title agent allows him to bring a unique perspective to the documentation of real estate loans which benefits his financial institution clients.
