Event Description
We will review the various types of immigration enforcement actions that businesses and individuals may face. We will identify the U.S. agencies involved and provide guidance in helping businesses prepare a response plan. We will discuss recent enforcement trends and what to expect going forward.

Barley Snyder
Andy is an attorney in Barley Snyder’s Immigration and Employment practice groups with over a decade of experience. He concentrates his practice on immigration law, representing businesses and families seeking immigration benefits as well as defending individuals placed in removal proceedings. Before joining Barley Snyder, Andy worked at a Lancaster law firm focused exclusively on the practice of immigration law. Prior to that, he was a staff attorney for the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center (PIRC). Andy continues to be involved with PIRC serving as a volunteer lawyer.
