Event Description:

Have a question about a family law filing, procedure, or issue you have encountered with the Prothonotary’s Office? This CLE is designed around the questions Lancaster County practitioners most frequently want answered.

In advance of the program, registrants will have the opportunity to submit questions directly to the Lancaster County Prothonotary through an online form. Those questions will help shape the discussion and allow the program to focus on the filing procedures, recurring issues, and practical challenges attorneys encounter in their day-to-day family law practice.

The Prothonotary will also address common filing issues and procedural considerations observed by the office, offering practical guidance to help attorneys navigate family law filings more efficiently and avoid preventable delays or complications.
