Event Description
This CLE introduces legal professionals to the practical application of yoga and mindfulness as tools to support focus, the ethical practice of the law, and overall well-being. Grounded in evidence based practices, participants will explore how breathwork, physical awareness, and simple mindful practices can enhance work performance, regulate stress responses, and improve your ethical practice. Through a combination of guided exercises and discussion, participants will learn accessible, practical strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into your practice.
Facilitated by Brandon Lee, Esq, an Associate at Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP and Erin Lee, MSW, RYT, PCES of Mindful Movements with Erin. As a husband and wife team, they understand firsthand the demands of legal practice and its impact on well-being. Together, they offer an interdisciplinary perspective integrating legal practice with training in movement, mindfulness, and behavioral health.

Erin Lee, MSW, RYT, PCES
Owner, Mindful Movements with Erin
Erin began her career at the age of 17, when she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Lancaster, PA. After high school, she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Millersville University, followed by her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated on Health Policy. Erin has long been fascinated by the intersection of healthcare and policy and has experience working within the healthcare landscape at both the federal and state levels while continuing to teach community yoga classes.
After spending over a decade managing her own persistent aches and pains, Erin discovered corrective exercise—an approach that transformed her understanding of movement and long-term wellness. In 2024, she became a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Following the birth of her son in 2024, Erin expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is dedicated to supporting and educating pregnant and postpartum women, emphasizing that while symptoms such as leaking, back pain, and core weakness are common, they are not normal and can improve through the corrective exercise process.
In 2025, Erin founded Mindful Movements with Erin, where she works one-on-one with women to rebuild strength, restore function, and move with confidence. She is especially passionate about removing the uncertainty surrounding safe and effective exercise during pregnancy and the postpartum period, reinforcing that the body is resilient and capable of rebuilding at any age and stage with the right guidance. In addition to her one-on-one work, Erin teaches monthly pelvic floor- and core-focused yoga classes both in the community and virtually.
Erin integrates motivational interviewing techniques into her work to support sustainable behavior change, while incorporating mindfulness and self-care practices to help regulate the nervous system and promote overall well-being.
