Event Description

In the past year, we have seen changes in the Federal Rules of Evidence regarding the requirements for expert testimony. We have also seen changes within the rules for Social Security disability and the promotion of the Occupational Requirements Survey. All of these changes impact the attorneys who are litigating not only Social Security but also personal injury cases and other cases involving a loss of earnings or earning capacity.
