The presentation will also address various types of legal documents and agreements that are typically required for any development project, and tips for negotiating those agreements.

The presenters will also discuss the legal and logistical ramifications of proceeding with the purchase of known or possibly contaminated properties based on due diligence results as well as the risks of purchasing a property without conducting proper environmental due diligence. A discussion regarding disclosure of known concerns will also be included.
