The session will also address the launch of the Civil Rights Fraud Initiative, designed to encourage whistleblower enforcement through the False Claims Act against entitles alleged to be in violation of new federal mandates. Attendees will gain insight into emerging compliance risks and best practices in light of this evolving enforcement landscape.
