Biography

Attorney Victor Myers has been practicing law for four years and works out of our Lancaster office where he practices in criminal defense, family law, and commercial litigation.

Attorney Myers has a developed a significant amount of experience representing individuals charged with the some of the most serious charges including homicide, aggravated assault, and all types of drug, sex and firearms offenses, and DUI. He works hard to ensure his clients have the strongest defense possible. Attorney Myers is more than ready, willing and able to take his cases to trial seeking a not-guilty verdict. But he is also adept at negotiating good plea agreements after fighting the charges vigorously and proving the weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.

Attorney Myers uses his well-honed courtroom skills to zealously represent his clients in divorce, custody and support cases. He knows how difficult these cases can be and uses his exceptional people skills and relationship building to obtain beneficial settlements for his clients. But as a seasoned litigator, he will take his clients’ cases to court and zealously defend his clients when the other party is unreasonable or attempting to harm the property, support or custodial rights of his clients.

Attorney Myers spent several years at a firm focused on civil and commercial litigation from personal injury to insurance claims, to auto law, mortgage foreclosure and consumer protection to small and large contract claims and business and commercial disputes.
