Cancellation Policy: No returns will be issued unless notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the seminar date. We do not transfer over credit for unattended CLEs or Summits.

CLE Financial Hardship Policy:
The Lancaster Bar Association may, at its discretion, reduce or waive the course fee for any attorney, member, or non-member, who wishes to attend an LBA CLE program, but for whom the cost would present a financial hardship.
Requests for fee reductions/waivers, along with a brief explanation of hardship, must be received at least ten days prior to the CLE program. Send requests directly to LBA Executive Director Lisa Driendl-Miller at lisa@lancasterbar.org, or call 717-393-7721. All requests will be treated confidentially. The payment of CLE credit fees ($1.50 per credit), separate from course fees, will remain the responsibility of the attorney.
