Biography

Steve specializes in helping his clients secure patent and trademark rights. His practice extends across the United States and reaches into several other countries. He serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, colleges, and international corporations.

Originally from Minnesota, Steve obtained a degree in Psychology from St. Cloud State University. During his college years, he initially planned on pursuing a career as a psychologist. However, he later considered medical school to become a psychiatrist before discovering his love for bench science. This led him to pursue a Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. Ultimately, he decided against an academic career and instead earned a law degree from the Temple University School of Law.

After gaining experience in pharmaceutical antitrust, Steve established his own boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property in Lancaster, PA. Following 15 successful years in private practice, he joined the firm of Saxton & Stump to utilize their resources and expand the range of services he can offer to his clients.
