Ronald H. Pollock, Esq., is the Chair of the Construction Law Group and Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Group at Saxton & Stump. Ron focuses his practice on construction litigation, personal injury litigation, business injury litigation and various insurance issues and has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Ron serves as a trial lawyer with case experience in both state and federal court. Ron is a known and trusted resource and frequent selection as an arbitrator or mediator. Over the course of his career, he has arbitrated or mediated over 250 cases.
In his ADR practice, Ron works hard to earn the trust of clients and counsel alike in order to meet the parties needs in settlement discussion. Ron also serves as an arbitrator in binding arbitration matters. He always tries to “do the right thing” and spends a great deal of time to achieve resolution for all parties.
Within the area of construction, Ron specializes in litigation, indemnification and bid challenges, and assists in reviewing contracts and agreements to help clients avoid potential lawsuits as a form of risk management. He speaks frequently with industry leaders and writes articles dealing with construction contract preparation, interpretation and administration.
