Raising the Bar: Essentials for Developing Leaders and Strengthening Culture in Your Firm

Date:
7/31/2024 at 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Event Description

This program is part of the “Managing Partners and Law Firm Leaders Breakfast,” generously sponsored by Capitol Support. Each firm may register up to two leaders.

It’s often said that failing to prepare is preparing to fail. Ensuring the long-term performance of your firm begins with your current leaders’ commitment of the time and resources required to manage with excellence (which is no small feat when you’ve got clients to serve).  Only then can you effectively create a culture that attracts and holds good talent and select and prepare the right people to step into key roles as your current leaders inevitably head for the exits.  This presentation offers an overview of the essential tasks of leadership succession and offers practical tactics for building and sustaining a culture that attracts and develops future leaders.
