Patti S. Spencer, Esq., Trusts, estates and tax attorney, is a nationally recognized author and educator. As a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Ms. Spencer has been recognized by the legal profession for her educational commitment and her work with families, individuals, businesses, attorneys and accountants Her practice is concentrated on estate and trust administration, estate planning, PA inheritance tax, federal estate and gift tax, tax planning for IRA and qualified plan distributions, and fiduciary income tax.

Attorney Spencer has her LLM in Taxation and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
