A life-long resident of Lancaster County, Mr. Gardner graduated cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law in 1987, Franklin and Marshall College in 1984 and Warwick High School in 1980. He has since concentrated in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Civil and Criminal trial Litigation, and Estate Planning/Administration.
Mr. Gardner has been actively involved in the community, including the Brickerville Volunteer Fire Company, the Lions Club, Teens Responding to Adult Care and Kindness, and the Ephrata High School Mock Trial Team. He has chaired numerous parent organizations at Warwick High School, and has been a church leader for many years. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce and the Warwick Education Foundation.
Mr. Gardner has received awards for excellence in providing legal service to the underprivileged, and he frequently lectures on the practice of law to local groups and organizations. He is a certified member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum for his handling of multi-million dollar wrongful death and personal injury cases. Mr. Gardner has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with the highest rating a lawyer can receive for legal ability and ethical standards.
Mr. Gardner resides in Brickerville with his wife, Heidi. They have two children, Lyndsay and Adam.
