After high school\, she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Millersville University\, followed by her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania\, where she concentrated on Health Policy. Erin has long been fascinated by the intersection of healthcare and policy and has experience working within the healthcare landscape at both the federal and state levels while continuing to teach community yoga classes.\nAfter spending over a decade managing her own persistent aches and pains\, Erin discovered corrective exercise—an approach that transformed her understanding of movement and long-term wellness. In 2024\, she became a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. \nFollowing the birth of her son in 2024\, Erin expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is dedicated to supporting and educating pregnant and postpartum women\, emphasizing that while symptoms such as leaking\, back pain\, and core weakness are common\, they are not normal and can improve through the corrective exercise process. \nIn 2025\, Erin founded Mindful Movements with Erin\, where she works one-on-one with women to rebuild strength\, restore function\, and move with confidence. She is especially passionate about removing the uncertainty surrounding safe and effective exercise during pregnancy and the postpartum period\, reinforcing that the body is resilient and capable of rebuilding at any age and stage with the right guidance. In addition to her one-on-one work\, Erin teaches monthly pelvic floor- and core-focused yoga classes both in the community and virtually.\nErin integrates motivational interviewing techniques into her work to support sustainable behavior change\, while incorporating mindfulness and self-care practices to help regulate the nervous system and promote overall well-being. \n\nBrandon P. Lee\, Esquire\nAssociate\, Nikolaus & Hohenadel LLP \nBrandon Lee is an Associate Attorney in the Lancaster office of Nikolaus & Hohenadel\, LLP since 2022\, where he represents clients in employment law\, family law\, and general civil litigation matters. Brandon is committed to providing practical\, results-driven counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances\, whether navigating complex workplace disputes or sensitive family matters. \nBefore joining the firm\, Brandon developed a diverse legal background across both the public and private sectors. At a plaintiff-side employment firm\, he primarily represented employees in discrimination and wage payment claims\, advocating for their workplace rights. At Nikolaus & Hohenadel\, LLP\, he concentrates his employment law practice on representing and defending employers in a variety of workplace-related claims. Having worked on both sides of employment disputes\, Brandon offers his business clients a valuable and practical perspective informed by his understanding of the strategies\, concerns\, and objectives of both employees and employers. \nBrandon previously served in the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection\, where he supported the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in environmental litigation and enforcement against private individuals and businesses. He also worked for Philadelphia Legal Assistance\, where he represented individuals in custody matters\, protection from abuse proceedings\, and divorce actions\, gaining meaningful experience in handling sensitive and highly personal family law matters. These experiences give him a well-rounded perspective and comfort both in and out of the courtroom. \nA lifelong resident of Lancaster County\, Brandon is a graduate of Manheim Township High School in Lancaster\, Pennsylvania\, and earned a Bachelor of Arts with a dual major in Sociology and Government and Political Affairs\, and a minor in Criminology\, from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in Millersville\, Pennsylvania.
