CITIBANK, N.A. v. JOSE D. RUBIO.- No. 12-11236- Madenspacher, J –Feb. 5, 2015- Civil Action- Preliminary Objections- Defendant’s Preliminary Objection argues Plaintiff was required to attach the initial credit agreement to the Complaint. Plaintiff’s Complaint attached every monthly statement outlining Defendant’s use of the credit card, as well as the applicable interest rates. Defendant was on notice of the terms governing his credit card agreement. Therefore, Defendant’s Objection was overruled.
