I am currently barred in DC and am willing to gain the necessary Limited Corporate Counsel License or, if needed, to take and pass the PA bar as well. I have extensive experience handling end to end contract drafting and negotiation, as well as the drafting of disclosure statements, affidavits, motions, orders, NDAs, and MSAs. I also have experience providing legal support, creating and managing company policy, employee education, coordinating with outside counsel, and ensuring compliance.
