We are currently searching for a Paralegal to support the Director of Contracts Management.  The Paralegal will be responsible for general administration of customer contracts, subcontracts, and other associated documents. This position maintains hard copy and electronic/cloud database of contracts, including management of amendments and changes; generates correspondence documentation as necessary; manages delivery and execution of form template contracts to subcontractors and others; performs initial review of standard contracts and some non-standard contracts under the direction of the Director Contracts Management as necessary (some level of negotiation may be required); tracks contract status and issues routine reports; initiates surety bonds  relevant to contract process, establishes and maintains bid files, and creates subcontract agreements as required. This position is also responsible for direct administrative support to Director of Contract Management.  Skills/Qualifications:  Incumbent must hold a high school diploma.
